At the heart of my practice is a deep respect for the person in front of me. I believe therapy works best when it’s shaped around your unique experiences, strengths and goals, not a one-size-fits-all model.
My approach draws on mindfulness and genuine curiosity to help us explore the thoughts, emotions and experiences that have shaped who you are. I believe people grow through meaningful relationships and affirming experiences, and I hope our work together can be the beginning of something new.
In our sessions, we might explore your core values, examine the beliefs you carry about yourself and look at how your relationships and life history have shaped the way you move through the world.
My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe enough to be honest, and supported enough to change.
I’d love to connect with you if you have any questions. I look forward to meeting you
