Counseling is a wonderful way to invest in yourself. My role as a counselor is to support you as you navigate the various challenges that the human experience brings. Whether it’s anxiety, depression, loss, relational conflicts, or life transitions, I want to create a space that’s catered to you and that welcomes every part of you.

My approach to counseling tends to be mindfulness-based, but I believe in adapting to meet your needs! Therapy is a collaborative process, and it’s led by you. I want to help you achieve your treatment goals and to be there to use my clinical skills to help you get there!

I believe that challenging seasons cultivate growth. With that being said, my goal is to help create a safe and supportive place that makes the harder experiences more approachable.

I love spending time in nature and moving my body. Trying new things, traveling to new places, and yoga are some of my favorite ways to spend my time.

If you’re looking for non-judgmental support while navigating challenging experiences, I would be honored to connect with you!
