Seeking therapy is a vulnerable experience, and there is strength in showing up as you are. It’s important to me to help you make sense of what you’re going through and better understand yourself. Through a collaborative approach, we will work together to build a treatment plan that feels tailored to you. My goal is to create a space that feels warm, nonjudgmental, and culturally sensitive, where you can feel supported, understood, and comfortable being yourself. I aim to gently support you as you navigate challenges and move toward meaningful change.
I take a trauma-informed, relational, and integrative approach to therapy, focusing on helping you better understand yourself, work through emotions, and build tools that feel useful in your everyday life. I consider the connection between mind and body, as well as the role of relationships, identity, culture, and life experiences in shaping how you feel.
I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and have a love for the mountains, hiking, and nature. In my spare time, I enjoy being with my cats, doing yoga, and cooking. I have a heart for finding the beauty and peace in life and a passion to create a fulfilling joyful experience for myself and everyone around me.
