Lex Saguid, Pre-licensed Clinician
Lex Saguid is a clinical intern currently earning her Master’s in Counseling from Arizona State University and is supervised by Dr. Marlena Gonzales-Gabaldon, LPC.
My approach to counseling is rooted in person-centered therapy. I am informed by Psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Liberation psychology, and Ecopsychology. In our sessions, we may explore your upbringing and understand how different parts of yourself interact with the people and environment around you.
For each session, my goal is to meet the needs of the moment, whether that involves exploring relationships, work-or-school-related stressors, exploring your individuality, etc. I strive to create and maintain a warm and non-judgmental space with my experience in supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Outside of my work in therapy, I enjoy being outdoors, practicing my creativity, and exploring the world. I often integrate these elements into my practice!
If you feel our values align and believe we'd be a good fit, I invite you to reach out. I look forward to supporting you on your journey to healing and self-fulfillment.
