I am a psychodynamic clinician utilizing Jungian methods to support you in identifying unconscious patterns and narratives impacting your well-being. This type of therapy is often useful for those experiencing repetitive concerns as a result of living in a prolonged state of chronic trauma. Together, we will explore your past and current narratives/beliefs while gently developing a new narrative that allows you to experience a greater sense of Self on the other side of survival mode. I am further informed by Gestalt theories, Liberation Psychology, and Ecopsychology which understand the Self in the context of culture, community, and nature. This holistic approach considers mental, emotional, physical, and social wellness. I am EMDR trained and take a somatic approach that emphasizes the ways the nervous system stores unconscious trauma and is also a deep reservoir of subconscious wisdom. This wisdom is already inside of you, psychotherapy helps you access it through professional, caring support.

Outside of therapy, I am an award-winning writer and Jungian scholar applying archetypal theories to mythology and exploring the intersections of somatic memory, myth, and ecology. I was a 2025 teaching fellow for ASU’s Desert Nights, Rising Stars Writers Conference, lecturing on Jungian symbolism and archetypes in creative writing. When I’m not supporting my therapy clients in re-storying their life narratives or researching mythology, I enjoy reading fiction, spending time in nature with friends, playing the bodhrán, writing fiction and poetry, and painting with acrylics.
