Alaina Sekera, Pre-licensed Clinician

Alaina Sekera is a clinical intern currently earning her Master’s in Counseling from Arizona State University and is supervised by Dr. Marlena Gonzales-Gabaldon, LPC.

I have worked with adults struggling with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and relationship concerns. Every client who participates in therapy is different, and so are the approaches we will take together! I believe therapy is a collaborative process that involves building trust between the client and the therapist. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients to express their current challenges.

I’m originally from Chicago, but I’ve called Arizona home for the past 4 years. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me hiking, reading, cooking, or spending time with my family and friends.
