Payment

Payments are due at the time of service.

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Aetna and United Healthcare (clinician specific). . Please be aware if your insurance plan has a deductible to be met which may affect your copay or coinsurance due. When utilizing in-network insurance you will only be responsible for the contracted rates set by your insurance provider. Fit Mind Wellness will not issue additional charges for covered services through your in-network insurance provider.

Missed Appointment/Cancellation Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not notify us of cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment, you will be charged an $100 fee.

Private Pay Rates

Private Pay Rates are $50-$175 session and vary by clinician. You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit
