Dr. Gonzales-Gabaldon is a Doctor of Behavioral Health, licensed professional counselor, certified yoga instructor and fitness enthusiast, with 20 years of clinical experience with both child and adult populations in various clinical settings. Dr. G specializes in perinatal mental health, completing her doctoral culminating research and internship on the Labor and Delivery and After Care units of a local hospital. Birth preparation and education are key to creating a positive birth experience. Dr. G is passionate about whole body wellness and the mind body connection; striving to create a whole-body wellness approach for physical, mental and spiritual healing. Dr. G places a strong emphasis on this in the treatment of a variety of mental health concerns. Christine is a Licensed Professional Therapist from Chicago, IL. She has been living in Phoenix Arizona for the past 6.5 years. She completed a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Practice, and a Doctoral program in Psychology- teaching track, her area of research is in patient motivation and success, Epigenetics and Traumatic Brain Injury. Christine is trauma informed and trained in EMDR, trauma reprocessing. Additionally, she is a registered yoga instructor and specializes in yoga for trauma release. Christine is also trained in Equine assisted therapy, and she utilizes meditation, mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and cognitive processing as therapeutic modalities in treatment.
Her background includes a specialization in trauma, self-harm, substance abuse, and eating disorders. Christine has a plethora of experience and has worked in multicultural communities, with clients of all ages, ethnic backgrounds, and diagnoses.

Steffany Kroeger is a Licensed Associate Counselor in Phoenix, AZ and an Experienced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT) in North Phoenix and online. She works mostly with individuals age 9 and up and is accepting clients in person , online or hybrid (both). “I’m naturally a curious person and I truly value getting to know my clients well, building a relationship and then beginning the deep work of incorporating coping strategies specific to that individual's needs and goals. I am continually learning and I enjoy passing on information to others that may benefit them and bring them peace. I have interests and additional training in mind/body connection, yoga, mindfulness, CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ADHD, trauma, LGBTQ, anxiety, depression, grief recovery, bibliotherapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprogramming). Ana is a Graduate Level Counseling Intern from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology. Her work lies on building a strong, trustworthy, and compassionate therapeutic relationship with the people she works with to ensure the best care that fulfills their needs.
With experience in anxiety, depression, and trauma, Ana utilizes Person-Centered Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Multicultural Psychology as some of her main approaches to counseling. She also incorporates mindfulness and meditation in therapy to assist people in their mental health journey.
Born and raised in Mexico, Ana places value on diversity and cultural sensitivity. She is mindful that every individual is unique and has different needs and thus, looks forward to engaging in collaborative work with you to create a welcoming space in therapy where you find the tools to help navigate life’s challenges. Ana will support you in your mental health journey by cultivating growth and healing.
